Gary R. Stenzel

Ken Zigler is a Washington licensed attorney and practices primarily family law, but also practices general litigation, social security, and bankruptcy law. He is a long-time resident of Spokane County, with roots in Nine Mile Falls, WA. Mr. Zigler is married and has two children and enjoys rooting for Seahawks football and Gonzaga basketball and participating in outdoor sports such as fishing, snowboarding, and camping. In his spare time, Mr. Zigler coaches youth soccer for Spokane Junior Soccer.

Mr. Zigler attended Spokane Falls Community College and was offered a scholarship to transfer to Gonzaga University, where he obtained his B.A. in Criminal Justice. After completing his bachelor's at Gonzaga University, Western New England School of Law offered him a very generous scholarship to complete his legal studies there.

At Western New England College School of Law, Mr. Zigler was a member of the school's flagship legal publication, the Western New England Law Review, two legal clinics (small business clinic and consumer protection clinic), worked part-time at a prominent Plaintiff's personal injury firm, and was a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Patricia Poehler at Massachusetts District Court. Mr. Zigler graduated from Western New England School of Law, cum laude, in the top 10% of his class, having received five CALI awards for academic achievement and the prestigious Chris Iijima Award.

Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Zigler returned to Spokane to start his law practice. After successfully starting a law office in downtown Spokane, Mr. Zigler began working for accomplished attorney Gary Stenzel at this office in order to enhance his practice. Mr. Zigler has been with the office for over a year as of the time of this posting. He is a great attorney and has a wonderful knack of finding the "obvious" in cases. Mr. Zigler is well versed in the laws and statutes of Washington. He can and does substitute for Gary in many cases toward completion. Many clients are very satisfied to have Mr. Zigler complete their case. Mr. Zigler is an accomplished technology guru and has argued a number of critical cases for his own practice and for our office clients. He is who to turn to if Gary is not here to answer your calls.

Mr. Zigler is a member of the Board of Bar Examiners for the Washington State Bar Association, tasked with writing and grading bar examinations. He is also a trustee of the Spokane County Bar Association Young Lawyers Division and a member of the American Bar Association, Washington State Bar Association Family Law Section, and the Spokane County Bar Association Solo and Small Practice Section.
