Gary Stenzel

Mr. Gary Stenzel has argued cases in the Federal District Court, Eastern District of Washington Bankruptcy Court, Idaho Supreme Court (as an intern), Oregon Circuit Court, Washington Court of Appeals, and Washting State Supreme Court. He has participated in over 200 family law trials, has handled multi-million dollar divorces, and argued thousands of motions. Based out of Spokane WA, he practices in all Eastern Washington Counties.

Lori is our paralegal. She was born and raised in Spokane Washington. She has been employed in the legal field since January 1990 and obtained her Paralegal Certificate from National Association of Paralegal Studies in 1993. Lori has over 30 years’ experience as a paralegal working throughout the years in various areas of law to include, domestic law, criminal law, landlord tenant law and estate planning. Currently she primarily works doing family law cases. Lori possesses significant knowledge and expertise to help clients navigate through their family law cases. She thoroughly enjoys Family Law and all the aspects that come with caring for the client in a difficult time in their lives. She is empathetic and can always be counted on to make sure the client is taken care of. ​Lori enjoys spending time with family and friends camping and boating. 

Amy Banik - 
Paralegal

Amy is our paralegal. Amy was born is Portland, OR, however she was raised here is Spokane, WA. Although the law is her second career, it was always a passion. She went to Spokane Community College where she graduated with her Associate Degree in Professional Technology and Associated in Applied Science-Paralegal. Amy is driven to go on to get her certificate for Limited Licensed Legal Technician to aid in the practice of Family law. She is interested in immigration and other practices of law as she grew up in a legal family, therefore, Amy has a passion to help others through the law, and when she is not doing so she loves spending quality time with her family and friends. She loves to volunteer working with animals and shares this passion with her adorable granddaughter Grey. You will often find the two of them horseback riding together at an equestrian center for people that have suffered a trauma.​

Nicole Stenzel - 
Paralegal

Office/Billing Manager

Nicole is our paralegal and our office/billing manager. She is also an amazing pâtissier. She was born in Provo, Utah, but was raised in Spokane, Washington for the majority of her life. She graduated with honors in Paralegal Studies from Spokane Community College. Currently, she is earning a BS in Criminal Justice and Criminology from ASU, with a plan to attend law school after graduation. Nicole wants to eventually work within the family law field or be a homicide prosecutor. When she is not studying for school she is hanging out with her two beautiful kids, fiancé, and their family pets.
